Get your first taste of Barre-Lesque!

Burlesque shows were focused on parody elements performed by a female cast. New York burlesque shows were adding elements of song, dance and aerial arts. We have combined the strength training methods of barre with the aerial arts to bring you some of the most fun and exciting workouts that will leave you feeling empowered in your feminine energy.

As every woman should be regardless of age, size or fitness level.

  • Pole-Tique

    This class is designed for individuals who are just beginning their pole journey. The instructor will teach you basic spins, walks, dips, sits, basic climbs, proper muscle engagement and other skills/conditioning that are necessary to progress in pole. It is recommended to bring/wear shorts, dress in layers, bring your own wash cloth and yoga mat.

  • Lyra-Tique

    This class is designed for new aerialists. The instructor will provide a warm-up, conditioning, and other basic skills. Emphasis will be placed on safety while flying. Once you've mastered low bar skills, you may advance to Lyra-Tique: Intermediate! It is recommended that students wear clothing that covers the back of the knees, ie. pants, leg warmers.

    **It is highly suggested to take regularly scheduled Barre-Tique: Full Body Conditioning and Training classes in order to advance your skills and enhance your overall experience.

  • Aerial-Tique

    New to aerial silks? No problem!

    Come to begin to explore the fabric. Class consists of warm-up, conditioning, and learning basic skills. Class will take place with hammocks and silks. Emphasis will be placed on safety while flying. It is recommended that students wear clothing that covers the back of the knees, ie. pants, leg warmers.
